"Wonderful stay in Vienna"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 20, 2013
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Very close to the U-Bahn station, easy trips using the U-Bahn. Staff was wonderful, gave superb restaurant suggestions. I would stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is so easy to get to on public transportaion. We had the family room and it was very big and nice. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is located just steps away from the Belvidere and public transportaion. We would stay here again.
"Old Vienna Apartments~We enjoyed"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 9, 2013
We arrived around 9pm. Heidi greeted us, & gave us a quick run down of the room. She was very friendly & helpful. I don't think there is anything to complain about, the room was newer & clean. The location was a short walk to the ubahn & pretty convenient. We would definitely stay there again. We felt it was a good price, especially with the kitchenette, we were able to make our own meals :)

I really enjoyed this hotel. Right by the train that gets you all around the city. We had a really good time and the staff was really helpful. Rooms were good size and very comfortable. Bathroom had a nice large tub which was our first in Europe.
"close to all must-see sights"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 2, 2013
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment had been updated recently and was nicely furnished. We chose this apartment complex because of the budget price and were pleased with our choice. It was just a short trolly ride to the metro which got us to the tourist sites. We also took the metro to the train station. Convenient.

"Nice hotel but..."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 11, 2013
I liked the hotel. It was very simple. Not overly fancy but not bare bones either. The room we had was nice -- it was in the "attic". In the bathroom and the main room where the bed was, the ceiling sloped down near the areas where people wouldn't normally walk, however I did hit my head several times when I went to use the toilet. The room was way too hot, but we fixed that by turning off the radiators and opening the window The hotel isn't really that close to the city center, but the city center is super easy to reach. Take tram 52 towards Vienna (right side of the street) and it takes you to Westbahnhof. From there you can get to Stephansplatz and other underground lines. In all it takes about 30-40 minutes to reach the city center and go out and about. We arrived kind of late and didn't feel like going to the city center. There's a nice Greek restaurant nearby with a super nice waiter and some really authentic tasting Greek food -- my friend and I were very surprised. There is also an Italian place nearby, too, but having just come from Italy, we decided Greek was better. There are a few bars and cafes nearby, too, but we found better options in the city/city center.
"Excellent hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 8, 2013
Loved the breakfast area (and the breakjfast too). Nice and polite receptionists, absolutely clean room, every hotel should make a standard like Hotel Kunsthof. 1 min walk to the Orangeways Budapest bus stop.

I really enjoyed this adorable hotel! It was a very basic hotel, a bit pricey for the ameneties such as one pillow and one blanket..But it is Europe..I do have to say that the sevice I received by the workers was just fantastic! I let them know that I had a short time to do sight seeing so they made sure breakfast was ready earlier for me. The driver who picked me up from the airport, such a nice person.. Everyone there was so pleasant and it is in a good location also. Very friendly and helpful staff!! It was a breath of fresh air after the poor customer service received in Prague in certain areas...Thanks again! I will be back soon!!
"hotel Bergwit quiet location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 1, 2013
We really liked the location across from the palace and gardens property and up the hill from the U Bahn. Room was great for family of four. Loved the quaint older period architecture. Also great no nonsense deal.
