"huge apartment with all that we needed"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 22, 2013
the two bedroom apartment was massive, and well equipped; this is a family hotel, not a chain, located in a old town house and the furnishing of the apartment reflects this; breakfast was good; we would not hesitate staying here again
"Old Vienna Apartments~We enjoyed"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 9, 2013
We arrived around 9pm. Heidi greeted us, & gave us a quick run down of the room. She was very friendly & helpful. I don't think there is anything to complain about, the room was newer & clean. The location was a short walk to the ubahn & pretty convenient. We would definitely stay there again. We felt it was a good price, especially with the kitchenette, we were able to make our own meals :)
"close to all must-see sights"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 2, 2013
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment had been updated recently and was nicely furnished. We chose this apartment complex because of the budget price and were pleased with our choice. It was just a short trolly ride to the metro which got us to the tourist sites. We also took the metro to the train station. Convenient.

The hotel was in an older building facing the Danube. The suite was well appointed. There was no service to speak of as it is an apartment arrangement. I do believe they offered coffee etc on a floor, but I was only there two nights and basically in my room only to sleep. My 20 year old son and I were traveling together. It was about a 8 block walk to Stephensplatz. I would recommend to a friend for an economical, pleasant place in Vienna.
"Good hotel in an expensive city"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 29, 2012
Wonderful stay, the woman at reception was extremely helpful in giving us directions and recommendations. An older businessman tried to cut in on us while we were talking to her and she told him to wait till she was finished with us. Bed was extremely comfortable, only problem with the room was that there was no tea kettle. Also only CNN for English channel. Obviously I know we were in another country, but for a hotel that caters to world business travelers, I think they should have more than one English channel. Also, was a shorter walk to the town center than I had expected. Normally I try to book a hotel with either breakfast included OR free wi-fi. This one offered neither so was much more expensive for no extras, but otherwise great value for money in a generally expensive city.

"Excellent room accommodations for several nights"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 9, 2012
Great location, walking distance to many things. Room accommodations were excellent for anyone staying several nights. Very comfortable, two rooms, full kitchen, bedroom living room and sitting area and great bathroom and shower, which is unusual for European hotels. Breakfast was adequate but not elaborate, as some Continental breakfasts that we experienced at other hotels. Breakfast service was excellent. The major problem we experienced is that the complimentary wireless internet was not working 4 out of the 5 days that we were there. They had a major problem that took 4 days to resolve which caused a major inconvenience for us and many of the guests since many of us use our laptops or iPad to stay in touch with our offices and families in the states. The front desk staff was very nice and very apologetic but the problem lasted too long. They did give us a reduction in the rate but the inconvenience of no internet was annoying. Other than that, the hotel was a very lovely and comfortable hotel.
"very nice studio -- no wifi though"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 30, 2012
great little studio (apt 101) with a wonderful shower, but no wifi in the room. you have to stay in the hallway to use wifi. the studio apt is at the end of the building and so it must be far from the wifi source. too bad. i liked the hotel very much otherwise and would definitely stay again!
