A fine hotel that is well maintained, clean and convenient. Hampered currently by being across the street from a massive construction site, but a great location for the independent traveler using the trams and subways to get around Vienna.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Very close to the U-Bahn station, easy trips using the U-Bahn. Staff was wonderful, gave superb restaurant suggestions. I would stay at this hotel again.

While this was a very nice hotel, please be aware that on top of the $300/night room, they charge $25 for 24 hours of internet access and $50 for breakfast which was not included in the rate.

Really nice, clean room. Very close to a metro stop and a short trip to the centre. Hotel staff recommended a nice local restaurant.

Very nice. Run by a charming lady who was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfirtable and quiet, not overlooking any street. Location is only 1 block from city tram. Breakfast was good. Bath was shared, but there are 2 toilets and 2 showers for 4 or 5 rooms, so never a problem.

Breakfast very nice. Concierge very helpful. Employees spoke good English. Beds very comfortable. Only comment would be would be nice to have more comfortable chairs in our room. The only chairs were 2 straight ones. Location within easy walking distance of underground stop.

Positives: Great location in ring close to sights and public transport; tidy nice rooms; great value; good breakfast; friendly staff. Negatives: Noisy when bars let out at night if you leave your window open; not staffed after hours; building entry can be dark and creepy late at night. - I would recommend for more experienced travelers who don't need much handholding.

Basically my room was a dorm room, but it worked out perfectly for my extended stay in Vienna. It's a bit small (even for European standards), but the bed is comfortable, it's clean, and you get your own bathroom. The breakfast was awesome and quite plentiful. The staff is great. They're happy to help you and willing to have conversations with you. Also there is free wifi for your room. It's about 3-4 minutes from the tram stop and 7 from a subway stop. My only complaint would be about the shower. It's pretty small and it can be hard to shower. Would definitely book again, especially for an extended stay.

The service was great and the room was fine. It would help to have a smoking area away from room windows in rooms that can be stuffy. Otherwise a good place.
