Stayed at this hotel for only one night and I was satisfied with it. Spacious room was clean and comfortable and bed was really good. Staff is nice and helpful.

This was a great location. Minutes walk to the subway. Nice hotel with free wifi. Would stay there again.

Modern, boutiquey hotel just a block from Westbahnof and very convenient to U3 and all of Vienna. Funky, fun room with glass shower stall separating sleeping area from bath area! Ask for top floor in back or inner building and avoid the main street. Very quiet, comfortable. Super friendly staff. Breakfast buffet that must be experienced (you won't need lunch)! What a great find, would stay here every time and will check out their other locations as well.

The hotel was very nice. Great location and very nice rooms. The first issue we had was that we had a problem with the mini-bar (all the items inside it are included free!) which wasn't working when we checked in and informed the front desk. We hoped they would send someone right away or get us into a different room, but it wasn't until the next day after we advised the next person at the front desk that someone came and replaced it with a functional unit. Considering this was only a two night stay, we did not have a functioning unit for most of it. The second issue we had was that it sounded like we were close to the laundry room and it was running at 3:00 in the morning. It eventually became white noise and we fell asleep anyway. The free wi-fi is slow unless you pay for a faster connection. I would suggest the hotel to friends with the caveat that it is not really a 4 star hotel.

Hotel service is very good. Since the hotel ius facing a big blvd, it is a bit noisy in the night and early morning.
