Stayed at this hotel for only one night and I was satisfied with it. Spacious room was clean and comfortable and bed was really good. Staff is nice and helpful.

The room was very clean and comfortable but the design very bland. This hotel isn't new, but they've managed to keep it looking good. I chose it for its location near where I had several meetings and also discovered that there is a new U-Bahn station right next to the hotel which was very convenient as taxis in Vienna are not cheap. Breakfast buffet quality and choice was excellent. Main complaint was that they charged 25 Euros per day for Internet access and Euro 6.50 for a two minute phone call. Also the room amenities were lacking slippers, gown and toothbrush. When I called housekeeping, they brought me a toothbrush and a micro-tube of toothpaste.

Modern, boutiquey hotel just a block from Westbahnof and very convenient to U3 and all of Vienna. Funky, fun room with glass shower stall separating sleeping area from bath area! Ask for top floor in back or inner building and avoid the main street. Very quiet, comfortable. Super friendly staff. Breakfast buffet that must be experienced (you won't need lunch)! What a great find, would stay here every time and will check out their other locations as well.

Hotel is ideally situated by tram stop and easy walking distance of city. Concierge is very helpful and staff is friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.
