This hotel was right across the bridge from the main downtown area of Innsbruck. The room was small, but that is common for Europe. The shower and bathroom were very nice and clean. The included breakfast was very well done and offered many different choices. The only issue we had with this hotel was the lack of free wifi- for the price per night, we thought that was a reasonable request. Overall, a very nice experience.

Nicely located, however in their ads hotel managers must say that the pedestrian bridge is under construction and walking time io downtown increases by 8-10 minutes

The receptionist heard we were leaving early so she offered to open breakfast 30 minutes early, allowing us time to eat. Breakfast was beautifully set with fresh, quality variety. Room was ready for 5. Very clean and comfortable. No A/C but at altitude doesn't matter. I would definitely stay there again.

This was my first stay in Innsbruck, so I didn't know what to expect. Two of my buddies and I stayed three nights over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. First the Positives: The hotel staff was great, internet access was free but signals were not always strong, breakfast was wonderful, free parking was generally available. Location was about a 10 minute walk to old town. Then the negatives: I didn't like the sheets, but the other guys didn't complain. My previous hotels.com bookings always paid the hotel, however this hotel charged an initial deposit from the booking and then asked that I pay them at the end of the stay. Not a big deal since hotels.com hadn't charged my card, but I still haven't received the deposit back on my card. We'll see if it happens.

Quaint little hotel just a couple of blocks from the train station and right in the middle of town. Easy to walk around. Clean and comfortable. And great rates.

We were able to walk to most everything we wanted to see. Close to shopping as well.
