Lovely stay. Hotel is a little out of the way, but it's very close to public transport links, so that wasn't a problem. Staff spoke perfect English and German. There's a bakery just down the road too, which was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Small but clean and comfortable room. Good location very easy walking to both Main train statioin and the Old City sites. Would def stay again.

The hotel staff was infallibly friendly, polite and helpful. The bedding was comfortable, and the bath was spotless. The location was convenient by walk to the Marienplatz and by train or bus. Breakfast was ample with wide selection and high quality.h

Hotel has a great location - right in the heart of main square. Hotel is clean, but if you are looking for plush amenities, book another hotel. Hotel is very modern, minimalistic.

I had to go to the US Embassy and I would recommend staying here, the rooms are very basic. Everything was clean and the location was good as well plus the staff was very friendly.

The location is quite convenient and the hotel staff (especially Korena) are friendly, highly knowledgeable and a joy to interact with. They did their best to make us feel at home and provided an overall rewarding experience. Will definitely stay at this hotel and this chain again. Great hotel for a fair rate.

This is a very acceptable hotel with instant access to the central railway station, metro, etc. The surrounding neighborhood has some 'red light' elements, but the entrance to all public transportation is steps from the door. The breakfast (included) was also very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Only one drawback: wifi is available only in the lobby area, not in the rooms. In the room you can connect only by LAN cable, which the hotel provides, but which does you no good if you're using an iPad as I was. But I was able to catch up on my email in the breakfast room adjacent to the main desk via wifi.
