We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay. The hotel staff was very professional, our room was large, comfortable and spotless. The lounge was great and the breakfast was superb. We will stay here at every opportunity.

Everything was good, the service was exceptional, the rooms nice and quiet and spacious. Exceptions were the third bed in the room was small and uncomfortable (pullout) and the location was a bit far away from the downtown Munich area.

Overall it was great but their internet service was HORRIBLE. It was free for 24 hours, then you had to pay $20/Day or so for internet that was slower than the slowest dial up service you could find- horrible for surfing. The room also got HOT at night with no way to turn it down to make it cool, we had to open the window in February to make it the right temp. Beside that, great service, super clean, easy access to bus stop that was right there and we also enjoyed the Italian restaurant across the street.

Hotel has a great location - right in the heart of main square. Hotel is clean, but if you are looking for plush amenities, book another hotel. Hotel is very modern, minimalistic.
