Well compared to other hotel at this price range (not to the stars), hotel was good enough for a stay of a couple of days; however, rooms were small, not dirty but old or "retro". Bathroom was small and looking old. I was not familiar with the town but the hotel looked conveniently located within the town. Parking on Sunday was not a problem but on the weekdays it might be. Additionally, hotel has its own parking garage. I had free wifi. Minibar was limited but at least it was there. Tv was also old style.

Overall it was great but their internet service was HORRIBLE. It was free for 24 hours, then you had to pay $20/Day or so for internet that was slower than the slowest dial up service you could find- horrible for surfing. The room also got HOT at night with no way to turn it down to make it cool, we had to open the window in February to make it the right temp. Beside that, great service, super clean, easy access to bus stop that was right there and we also enjoyed the Italian restaurant across the street.

Hotel has a great location - right in the heart of main square. Hotel is clean, but if you are looking for plush amenities, book another hotel. Hotel is very modern, minimalistic.

The location is quite convenient and the hotel staff (especially Korena) are friendly, highly knowledgeable and a joy to interact with. They did their best to make us feel at home and provided an overall rewarding experience. Will definitely stay at this hotel and this chain again. Great hotel for a fair rate.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in while in Germany. It has an American style comfortable king bed. The spa was nice. The service at the restaurants was not the best but they were both packed. The lobby bar was great!

Don't expect "European Charm" but do expect large, clean, comfortable rooms. Other reviews said the neighborhood was rough or sketchy...not at all. It is a 5-10 minute walk (depends on if you are pulling luggage) to the train station on a well let road. It is not the center of the city, but then again for the price you shouldn't expect the center of the city. Overall a positive stay, would stay here again.
