"Just what I needed"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 3, 2012
Great hotel for people who dont plan to spend much time in the hotel. The location is excellent. The rooms are small, but it was exactly what I needed, just somewhere to sleep. If you're looking for luxury, look elsewhere, if you're in Dusseldorf to see Dusseldorf, stay here.

"Wonderful staff; great restaurant."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 24, 2012
We were very pleased with our stay at the Courtyard in Dusseldorf. The facilities were very nice, the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs, and the restaurant, Julian's, was superb. We ate there both nights of our stay. They offered fresh seasonal foods in clever and extremely tasty presentations, and the wait staff was excellent. The only slightly negative is that the historic area is a good 20-minute walk from the hotel, but it's a pleasant jaunt if the weather is good .

"Van Der Valk Airporthotel Duesseldorf"Reviewed by Gianandrea B of "Genova, Italy" on Apr 1, 2012
Being a frequent business traveller I can only recommend this hotel. Free Wifi in all the building (finally) and a nice large room with a great restaurant and efficient staff makes this hotel one of the best airport hotel I ever been. Strongly recommended. Cheers Andrea

The hotel was in the best location..inside the train station for incredible convenience! The room was clean and comfortable with the exception that it was extremely hot in the room and turning the heat down did not help. The staff was friendly and willing to assist with everything. The breakfast was good, but for 10 Euro, we found better deals outside the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property.
"Well worth the price"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Mar 21, 2012
Just a 5 minute walk from the Hauptbahnof, the hotel is clean, comfortable and in a good location. Nothing fancy or luxurious but cozy with a very nice staff. I'd definitely go back.

"Great Hotel & Perfect Location"Reviewed by Tom S of "St. James, NY" on Mar 5, 2012
I really liked the location of this hotel. It is a short taxi ride from both the airport and Messe, and is just a five minute walk to the Old Town. Rooms are also quite a bit larger than most you find in Germany. You won't be disappointed with this hotel!
