  The staff were very friendly and courteous. Good location for shopping as well as for lovers of art. All major fashion brands are represented in the neighbourhood. The hotel appeared old from the outside but it is sparkling clean inside.

  The hotel has rooms in several buildings in the area. That means that you will not necesseraly get a room at the building with the reception an breakfast rest/café. The room we got was surprisingly big. Dont expect 5 star room, but with the great location I would stay at this hotel again.

  No thrills, simple hotel super close to the "old" quarter. If you're the pampering and big rooms type then this is not your hotel. If you're looking for a pleasant staff and short walk to the museums and restaurants then this is your hotel. I would have no qualms returning.

  The hotel is in a very convenient location and it's really comfortable and pleasant to be in. It's perfect for an overnight stay.

  We were driving down through Germany and needed a hotel. Looked on the Hotels.com app and found this one. The cheapest and a pleasant surprise. Lobby and hallways looked a little worn out, but the room was excellent.

  We chose this property based on it's reviews and a good deal on Hotels.com didn't hurt. It was a short cab ride from DUS and a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to Altstadt with plenty of dining and shopping options. The staff was friendly and professional and was able to accommodate our early arrival. Rooms were modern and comfortable.
