"Great staff, clean room, iffy location"

We stayed 6 nights. All were fine. The hotel was easy to find. It was a straight line from the train station pass the opera house and along the wall. The staff was the best. The room was impeccably clean. The hotel was surrounded by an African club, bars, and what appeared to be low end small Russian casinos, and a disco. The noise waas not a problem as it was an early cold snap and revelers did not hang outside the clubs. I worried about the noise as our stay included Halloween. I would stay there again
Easy drive to the airport, but also within walking distance to the center of the city. Hotel staff was helpful. If you can find a parking space on the street, it is free parking. I dont recommend spending the extra money for free water (1 small bottle) or free internet (given 1 hour with a slow response time). Just pay for the standard room.
"Descriptive but not particularly inviting."

For the price I feel it was a great deal. My daughter stayed across the street and paid over twice as much. She had bigger room and breakfast included. We were very pleased with our room as we paid so much less. We had local transportation included. We were on back side by rail center but didn't hear trains with window shut. We were delighted to have air conditioning and be close to transportation

The room was stream nd the reception person was very helpful. I arrived after2200when the reception closes this should be in bold print on the website. After sitting in traffic for six hours to get therei was quite upset to find the doors locked with a note on the door of another hotel to check into. I was tired and could not understand directionally where I should go.i appreciate that the receptionist came down and let me check in. It would have been nice if the sign had a map or if in your confirmation email you specified the hours of check in.
