  This hotel is immiediately adjacent to the terminal. It is an excellent option for the night before your flight. Staff if friendly, amenities are fine, internet is free. The "neighborhood" is a parking structure - its only negative.

  Hotel is located perfectly to get to the main streets of Hamburg by foot,people friendly and helpful. A quiet and pleasant place.

  The staff was very helpful und friendly. The service excellent and itwas very convenient to the airport. I will stay there again, when I amin Hamburg.

  It was the perfect place to relax for a day before travelling home to the USA. From the environment, to the SPA facilities, technology and the dining experience, this hotel has it all. Especially for folks like me who enjoy and are used to Marriott level of service and quality. It also helped to be in close proximity to the airport.

  If your intention is to party or dine at the Kiez/around the Reeperbahn or the port around Grosse Elbstrasse then this is your hotel.It is funky,edgy and yes, full of wannabees. But if you can overlook it or do not plan to party at the hotel's bar/restaurant/club anyway then this place is really awesome.Staff was helpful and friendly.We also got an upgrade so we really did not have anything to complain about.We had a great time!
