This hotel is immiediately adjacent to the terminal. It is an excellent option for the night before your flight. Staff if friendly, amenities are fine, internet is free. The "neighborhood" is a parking structure - its only negative.

Good place, hard beds, train next to hotel, very convenient. Overall, a good place, i would stay again.

The breakfast was overpriced but that was my only negative. The Sauna was well-maintained, the Staff knew enough English, with our limited Geman to explain things that we needed to know.

The hotel is very modern, good sized clean room, fitness center and sauna, plenty of places around to eat. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was very helpful und friendly. The service excellent and itwas very convenient to the airport. I will stay there again, when I amin Hamburg.

It is a great place to stay. It misses some small details of the finer hotels but makes up for it in style. The only thing we would like to see in the future is bigger towels and / or a laundry facility ( like the Madison) for the long distance travellers.
