Our stay was nice and we enjoyed the hotel. We would stay there again. We ate dinner Tuesday evening on the 7th floor and our waitress provided us very poor service. Several times we had to get up and find her. She was young with long blonde hair. Never gave us her name. Our service in the bar was very good.

"Convenience, reasonable"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
The hotel Neue Kraeme has a super location if you are looking for an excellent, diverse shopping experience, everything in walking distance.. If your interest is cultural, you can walk to the main historic sites, including major museums on the other side of the Main river and nearby. The hotel is located in a so called 'Fussgaengerzone" (pedestrians only) therefore is very quiete. The staff is especially friendly and helpful in finding the desired locations or information you need.
"Surprised!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 2, 2012
Surprised at the quality and value. Would stay there again!
"Great Staff; Small Rooms but I would come back"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 2, 2012
So the best part of this hotel are the people that work here. The rooms are small, but modern. I would recommend it, if you are not in need of a lot of room. The front desk and bar staff are truly friendly, helpful, good intentioned and very sweet. The best part of this hotel are the people for sure. You will be happy you gave them your business.
"nice and convenient location for FRA"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 1, 2012
Nice and convenient location to make an early flight. Room was new and cute but surprisingly small room.
"Frankfurt visit"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 1, 2012
I highly recommen this Hotel, because, it is located one block from the main Train Station down town Frankfurt. You can take the train from the Air Port for 8 Euro and the ticked is good on all public transportation in and around Frankfurt un til midnight that day. Also Green Line Tours is located next door.
"A greaat choice for transients"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 1, 2012
Hotel newly and tastefully refurbished in IKEA plus style. Rooms small but adequate; comfortable. Staff very helpful. The price is right. Nice breakfast. Location is greatest strength and weakness. Not a great neighborhood and a 20-minute walk to anywhere you might want to be -- with one exception and it is a big one. Hotel is directly adjacent to the main station (a great plus for those arriving by air) and to the city's subway system, which will get you readily to the places you might want to be..Overall, a good soliution for a short visit.
"Great hotel near major metro station"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 30, 2012
We loved this hotel. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, the dining room serves delicious food, and there is a nice bar area (where guests receive a free glass of sparkling wine). Although it is right next to the train station, which at first concerned us (noise/grunge issues), it actually turned out to be a great location. There is also a major subway station on the same block, and there are many other hotels in the vicinity. We would absolutely stay here again.
