We stayed one night at this hotel because our connecting flight was in the morning. Hotel offers shuttle that runs every 30 minutes , so it was very convenient as it's close to the airport, but still you can't hear airplanes
"Great Hotel, Close to Messe and Public Transit"

Great Mercure that seems to be recently renovated. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Bathroom was so clean it looked brand new. Mini-bar in the room with some room left for your own drinks. Tram 17 is very close in front, Westbahnhof is a 3 minute walk. Rooms are larger than average and bed was soft. Only complaint is there is no power outlet on either side of the bed for charging a phone. This is a failure in design, especially since there is electricity there for the lights and switches. Absolutely will stay again.
"Great for the Messe"

This is a great hotel which is clean, well managed and with great staff. It is very convenient to access the Messe, but there's not a lot else in this side of the city, so you do need to hop in a cab or on the tram (which stops right outside) into the main part of the city.
"great location for messe and train"

very efficient location, breakfast was included and better buffet than any I have had in europe. rooms were clean, water was hot and powerful for showers, fridge in the room and the items in the fridge were not over priced. Needed two pillows but the front desk was happy to oblige.
"Very good choice for an overnight"

The free shuttle and internet made the deal. After reading reviews I was a bit leery of staying anywhere in Frankfurt, but after having stayed in Ethiopian hotels I suppose I'm just easier to please than most folks who write reviews. The shuttle ran on schedule (once on hour) and had a great driver--very friendly. The internet was free. The pool and sauna were clean, and the workout area adequate. Two free bottles of sparkling water were waiting for me in the room. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby for a fair price in the evening and free in the morning. For those who complain about the restaurant prices being high I have to ask if they are familiar with local prices--it was comparable and I thought very good. Breakfast was a little expensive, but again competitive for hotel prices and the variety was great (even had American style bacon). The surrounding area is a bit rural, but you are only a free short ride to the airport from where you can take a train downtown. There is a wonderful walking/jogging trail through the woods--something you will not get downtown! The only complaint I would have is that the AC was not working because it is March. Easy fix was to open the window.
"OK for overnight stay"

We stayed overnight while travelling by car in Germany. The town,, a suburb of Frankfurt is quiet and pleasant, the hotel overlooks the river and is good value. Wifi was good and breakfast ok. There are some good traditional beer restaurants in the town.
"Hotel for Messe Trade Show"
Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 16, 2014
We attend a trade show in Frankfurt every February. This is the best hotel we've stayed at in Frankfurt in the past 7 years. There is a new mall that just opened across from the hotel. No need to leave the immediate area for meals, etc. We will definitely stay there again next year! 5 out of 5.
