"Nice place close to the mineral spas"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 9, 2011
Remodeled bath with tile floor, tile wainscot and granite counters. Easy check-in. Computer with internet in lobby. Underground parking for a few spaces. Typical and tasty German (continental) breakfast to include eggs, breads/jams, cold meats, cheese, yogurts and cereal. Very, close to Caracella and Friederichsbad, two minute walk and in the middle of shops and dining. Helpful staff.
"Excellent place to stay and a reasonable price"Reviewed by Terry B of "St. Louis, MO" on Oct 31, 2011
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a great time. Nice, small hotel that was very comfortable and clean. It was attractively decorated and had an old world type of charm. The hotel was situated perfectly in the heart of Baden-Baden's old town and everything was a very short walk. The staff was very attentive and nice. We would definitely stay again.

Very convenient location in the city center but there is no parking. Check-in time until 9 pm, the reception is closed after 9 pm and you won’t find anyone to help you. Booking confirmation has this information please pay attention. The hotel is clean and friendly but furniture is rather old. Breakfast is excellent.
"Room was well worth the money!"Reviewed by Joe V of "TX" on May 17, 2011
After reading some of the tripadvisor comments on this one I was a little scared. However, aside from checkout, I was able to speak English and get help with any of my concerns, my room was very clean, my bed was very comfortable and the location was great. Please don't get me wrong, the room was nothing in comparison to my friend's suite at the Dorint up the street but it was plenty large for a lot of European hotels. Don't be afraid of this one!

"Wish I would have stayed there longer"Reviewed by Roberta of "Alexandria, VA" on Sep 27, 2010
We only stayed in Baden Baden for a few hours...but it was great. The hotel has a great view...and it's a great spot to crap a bottle of wine and relax on the outdoor patio. It's close to the baths and casino...and is located right down town with shops and food. Great hotel and great location! The breakfast was one of the best I had during my 10 day trip in Germany.
