Excellent hotel in great location. Very clean and comfortable. My experience was that the entire staff was friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the health club with very nice facilities over looking the city. Gym was very good for anyone trying to get a decent workout on the road. Not just a few cardio machines. Breakfast was a bit pricy but very good. There are plenty of good food options in the area.

The Riverside City Hotel and Spa was a pleasant surprise. I found this hotel to have a quirky charm in its decor and the spa-like mellow tone of the hotel staff. The room was spacious with wonderful bedding. You can use the sauna/steam spa as a hotel guest. The location is fabulous for walking around Berlin or hopping on the U or a train. My only disappointment was that the internet signal in the room was inconsistent and too weak to use. They made an attempt to fix it - but were not successful by the time we left for our next stop. Yes I would recommend it - give yourself time to enjoy the spa!

Convenient location. Right near theodor platz u bahn station, great food nearby including theodor hotel, the hotel villa kastania restaurant has a yummy breakfast, there are a couple of patisseries nearby, and the ICC Conference Center is right there.

We (as a family of 2 adults and 1 child- 7) had a great evening in the pool - best I've experienced - indoors, jacuzzi, etc. Anyway, very spacious room, etc.
