Very nice hotel located in between the big shopping street, Kurfurstandam and the Potsdamer Platz area. It's about 2 miles from Potsdamer Platz and about a quarter mile from the main shopping street. It's a nice, quiet location, with an abundance of taxis waiting to take you where you need to go. It's also close to the big Tiergarten park, where you can go for walks and jogging. The rooms are very nice, hi-tech rooms, with great bathrooms. They offer free internet with a fairly slow connection (to slow to download movies) but you can upgrade for a fairly hefty fee. They have a nice lounge that serves food and the staff is very helpful. I recommend this hotel highly.

Beautiful hotel just next to the Tiergarten and Bauhaus archiv. It's not very close to the UBahn or SBahn, but walkable! The rooms are very clean, modern, comfortable. I would say though that in general the room was way too hot. We were here in February and the heating system is not easy to use and it was just simply too hot all the time. So we cracked a window open at night.

Our stay was fantastic. My wife and I enjoyed the fact that the holet was close to the Ku'damm, the zoo, and the U and S Bahn. Even in the winter walking around wasn't a problem.

The hotel is at a quieter corner off a main street. Only 1 block away from subway station. You can walk up to some major shopping district in 10 minutes. On the other side, it is also 10 minute walk away from museums like Checkpoint Charlie, Hitler's Bunker and Topography is Terror - former SS headquarter. It is also 10 minute walk away from Museum Island. Room is spacious. It is about the standard size in US. It large in Europe standard. Breakfast is good, but a little bit pricy at 21 Euro's. But you can easily find places to eat nearby. The hotel is a bit old. Furniture and carpet do need some face lift. But room is otherwise clean and comfortable.
