"Excellent value"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
Great location close to Deutsche Oper Berlin and served by bus less than 100m walk from the front door, less than 30 minutes to the Hauptbahnhof by bus and S-bahn. Excellent breakfast, one of the best I've had at the price. My only complaint is some smoking jerk in the floor below would blow his garbage out his window and of course it would be sucked directly into my windows. Thankfully the air-conditioning was working perfectly.

"Not bad for the price"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 27, 2012
I needed a single room for one night. Price was right, though room was small. What made is worse is that the twin bed is built into the wall with only one open side. And the mattress was awful. There is a big wardrobe which made no sense. For a tiny room like that, you'd never need that much space. Take out the wardrobe and put the bed on casters, please. Bathroom was efficient, though.

Couldn't be more convenient, and the staff was always friendly, helpful and attentive. The room and hotel were clean, they have free internet access in the lobby along w/ free teas that my wife drank daily. Only reason it wasn't a perfect 5 on everything was because the pillows in our room were bigger than most couch cushions I have so they were very uncomfortable to sleep on. I never asked if they had any different pillows so who knows, maybe smaller ones do exist. The subway stop is literally right outside the door so it couldn't be closer to getting you to where you need to go and there is a convenience store across the street in case you need any water, juice or even alcohol. Great place and next to a very young, fun neighborhood w/ nice bars and retaurants.

"Mitte- A fun place to stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 13, 2012
The hotel is a little non-traditional, but great. Our room had a little seating alcove where you see the whole street and the hustle of the city. Right on top of a U-Bahn stop, great little area for shopping. The hotel is above a restaurant and there's not a front desk. But that doesn't matter as far as the service goes. The staff in the restaurant is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
"Quentin is VERY convenient for the nearby bars."Reviewed by Eric W of "Los Angeles, CA" on Apr 12, 2012
Walking and central to Scheune, Mutschmann, New Action, Woof, Maxx..... very safe to walk around. I HIGHLY recommend. Breakfast is VERY basic for a German hotel but there are many small restaurants nearby (More is one of the best).
"Good Price , very confortable , far away"Reviewed by berna of "Germany" on Apr 11, 2012
unfortunately 1h drive by s-bahn into city, the station is very close, maybe 5 minutes walking, the rooms are very big with good beds and very confortable. you can get a shuttel service to schönefeld airport which is 5 minutes drive for 5 euro per room. we had a hotel near the kudamm befor , a bit more expensice and less confortable, the room and bath were in bad condition and we will never again go there. better to book a wellknkown chain hotel in berlin and you get more for your money.
"Very odd hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 9, 2012
It was a great room and a good location. But the guy working there is only at the reception from 9 AM till 2 PM. I would have had no idea what to do if we got their after 2:00, I don't know how we would have checked into the hotel. When we checked out at 6 AM I just left the key in front of the door to the office because nobody was working. Really weird. Wouldn't stay there again just because of that.
