  This hotel was probably the best one we stayed at while in Germany. They did not charge us for parking or breakfast like the others. The beds here were like sleeping on the floor~ very uncomfortable. The hotel had a very nice restaurant attached and good choices for breakfast. The location of the hotel is very pretty, and is near a beautiful lake with walking trails.

  Great location. Close to main train station. Nice, clean, and affordable room. Not the swankiest, but a nice room.

  Maritim Hotel is in downtown Stuttgart, it is beautiful, i have stayed there 5 times already.Highly recommend it

  Good overall experience. Nothing too fancy. Right for the money paid. I had a car so travel long was no prob. Just 5 min walk from Porsche. Overall, a good option.

  The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood just north (2 blocks) of the busy shopping area of Stuttgart. It's very easily accessible from the Hauptbahnhof by walking (about 15 min.) or by S-Bahn (2 min.). Everything was clean, the internet was good, the breakfast was fine, and the people were very nice and helpful. Good value - highly recommended!

  This hotel is in the train station. It was so convenient for us. We came in on a late train and left out early the next morning. The hotel worked out perfectly for us. It was clean and comfortable.

  We booked this room because it was near the event grounds for Volksfest, which is a blast by the way. The hotel is out of the way in what appeared to me to be a residential district. Staff was very helpful. The room was nice with a separate closet section and good, free internet. Nice pool and spa in the basement. Make sure to get over the night before with a steam and a dip.

  The staff here are all friendly and the hotel is clean and pleasant. Nice bar in the lobby with free evening snacks. My room was VERY small but it did the job. It's within walking distance from the train station (about 15 minutes) but there are no shops or restaurants nearby. The closest place is a gas station a few blocks away with snacks, etc. I was allowed to check in early which was nice. I would stay here again. Not the fanciest place but clean, safe and quiet.

  We were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the Ibis hotel Stuttgart. It looked like it was either a new hotel or recently renovated. Very modern amenities (flat panel tv's, air conditioning, etc) and urban modern feel to the rooms (lamps, wood floor, etc). 24/7 cafe was nice for evening latte's, cappuccinos, and mineralvasser. Service was very friendly and accommodating. The only reason I'm not giving the hotel a five on all accounts is that the breakfast buffet is extremely expensive at 10 Euro (16 USD)/per person for what you get and the location is not very close to cafe's. Also, the location is not easy to walk to from the train station, but once we figured out the train stops, it was easy. Overall, we recommend this hotel for the budget minded traveler looking to maximize experience.
