"Not Le Meridian that I know and love!"

I like the Le Meridian hotels but this was not a Le Meridian experience. 1 - The pool and spa was out action and is for the next X weeks. The Spa was one of my main reasons for choosing this hotel . Why was I not told when I booked! 2 - The A/C was broken in my wing. Again the Hotel knew but did not tell me nor offer an alternative 3 - the bathroom smelt of drains. This was particularly unpleasant and would follow you back int to the room. 4 - I made my comments on check out and got a really below average non-plus expression from the receptionist.” 20/08/2008
