It was a comfy hotel in the center of town. I saw some disquieting reviews about this hotel before booking but I was rather surprised when I arrived to see a very modern and clean room. The hotel staff don't speak English very well so you might struggle a bit. Also the hotel has a sauna and has a massage service. I reccommend it.

I spent 1 hour to find the hotel due to no road information (drove from the south). I forgave it when I had discovered the place. There is fantastic sightseeing due to it stays on the top of the hill. You can see amazing view of the Carlovy Vary, mindbending picture of planes taking off and real wild animals. We watched roe deer! That place for people who likes nature as is.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were very helpful. Not a luxury hotel but a good value for the money. (The towels though were rough, as if they were air dried, a little time in a dryer would be nice) The only concern, and surprise was that in order to keep our reservation we had to arrive by 7PM. There was no one at the desk after 7PM! This was not mentioned and had we not called ahead we would have been unable to stay at this hotel. Overall, we would recommend this hotel but ... make sure you arrive by 7PM!

The hotel is a little difficult to access by car as its a one way street with no parking. you can park the hotel next door which has a parking lot for a reasonable charge but you have to arrange it at the neighboring hotel. breakfast was basic but good. Communicating in English was a challenge (you can get by much easier with russian, germany or czeck) with reception and at the restaurant but the staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is old but our room was freshly painted and clean, bathroom in good condition with a nice tub. Our biggest complaint was the bed was made from two twins pushed together which created a 6-8" gap in the middle where the bed frames touched which did not make for comfortable seeping as a couple. other than that the room was comfortable, a little noisy in the morning but nothing too terrible.

A little old fashioned but very friendly small hotel in the charming SPA area with rich history and beautiful green surroundings.
