The staff at Poco a Poco was very warm, welcoming, and accommodating. We were greeted with a drink upon arrival, the staff member at the desk helped us with a reservation for a canopy tour, and was able to answer our questions about the neighborhood. Our room was nice but small, which we didn't mind. The hotel restaurant had live music both nights of our stay and we were very pleased with our food and the service of the restaurant. Our only disappointment was the size of on-site gym. The pictures of the gym made it seem as if it were much bigger. In reality, there were a few exercise bikes, an elliptical, and a set of dumbells. Overall, this was seemingly as nice a place as you will find in Monteverde.
