Great Location , Great Rooms, Great Vibe, Lacks Customer Service. The hotel could really use a concierge who speaks English to make it great all around.

overall a very clean and nice hotel. My only issue was the hot water fluctuated and it was either too hot or too cold.

The hotel is nice. Very close to two malls. Walking distance as a matter of fact. My only complaint was the bed was Very uncomfortable.
