The hotel could not have a better location. It is right in the historic walled city, just a few blocks from the wall. The staff is very friendly. They make you a nice breakfast. However, the hotel did not have any hot water. This might be every hotel in the walled city. I don't know. I just know it had none. Otherwise it was a great hotel. Direct TV comfortable bed, I felt totally safe. I left my bags, including my computer with the staff on my last day and I had no problems.

the staff is very accommodating and extremely attentive, i had a surgery and my mobility was limited but they made it easier 4 me. The hotel is clean and well kept, The manager is always accessible, walking around the property and making contact with guests. very nice big pool, great food, the location is just perfect 2 blocks from Beach,short ride 2 historical center. will come back 4 sure

This was a great choice for a first time visit to Cartagena. The staff was friendly even if they didn't speak our language well. There were staff available who were English speaking and very helpful. The surroundings were well kept and lush. Great pool and breakfast.

It's a good hotel to stay. We did not have any problems and the staff is very friendly. Great service. The breakfast is buffet and serves a very good food.

Great location, nice people, excellent room with good WiFi speed. We only spoke Spanish to the staff, and never tested their English, but if you prefer a more authentic Colombia hotel, vs an international style hotel, this is a great choice.

Beautiful old style hotel. Nice beach, not too crowded and very few vendors. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, the fruits and juices were delicious. Lunch and dinner were also delicious and not expensive. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay very pleasant. (Message to Fabio, the bartender: your Margaritas were great!!)
