  I arrived in Sydney, Australia on a Sunday after a very long flight and suspected that I might have a big health problem due to the trip. The receptionist at the front desk was very caring and said she would try to find a doctor for me. She researched it on-line and found a medical clinic nearby but they had just closed (2pm on Sunday). So she left a message for the Monday morning desk receptionist to get an appointment for me. She did. I went to the clinic (within walking distance of the hotel.0 I spoke to a doctor who sent me for further tests and very fortunately, I was OK. The hotel staff was very caring and efficient. That was the first time in all my travels I've needed medical help and they were terrific!

  The room was good !! We paid for a harbor view room and to say there was a view is a real reach. We were on the 10th floor of a 20 story building. There MAY have been some harbor views on higher floors but probable not. All-in-all it was a nice place and a good room in a great location.

  We had a wonderful stay. It was close enough to the harbour that we could walk to that area. The service was excellent, and the laundry facilities made it nice because we were on an extended vacation. The restoration work that you have done was very nice. You brought the facility up to date very nicely and kept the charm of the older building. The detail work was excellent. Thanks for a great stay.

  great location to darling harbor....loved washer,dryer,stove in room...easy walk to free bus...close to shopping...or tour pick-ups.room clean I would stay again

  Nice hotel in a great location. Very close to train station, ferries, and bus routes. Decwent trvern in basement and nice eats nearby. Negatives were paying for a slow internet and very little storage in the room.
