"best choice in shanghai"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 23, 2013
It is the best choice in Shanghai, very close to MTR Jing An temple and to my favorite place, the pub windows.

Overall is a very nice hotel. The only thing I dont like is no wifi in rooms.
"Good location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 18, 2013
The negatives: The bed was too soft and pillows did not provide enough support. Also, the room was too hot. We had to turn on the AC (on a winter day). The positives: excellent location (about a 10 minute walk to the People's Square subway station), superb customer service, good food, very modern room. In summary, we would come back!
"Nice, clean, cheap hotel near lots"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 16, 2013
This hotel was a great value. The location is great as it is close to the bund so you can go hang out by the river. It is also close to Nanjing shopping street and lots of other stuff is within walking distance. There is a small 24 hour convenience store across the street which is convenient because unfortunately there are not a lot of restaurants nearby. However, it is still a great hotel to stay in bc the other ones we stayed in that were the same price were dumps. The concierge, Peter, spoke English and was incredibly friendly. He made our stay more memorable. The showers were nice, with very hot water. In room fridge and electric kettle which comes in handy for late night noodle bowls and tea. Complimentary water bottles. They also have power converters you can borrow if you ask. Overall I loved this hotel and wish we would have stayed there the whole trip.

"Strategic location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 11, 2013
With the fact that traffic is not really good in Shanghai, it'd be wise if you choose a hotel located right on Nanjing road.

"Great for foreigners"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 5, 2013
We loved this hotel so much we came back a second time. The housekeeping and turn down service was so non obtrusive, we were amazed every time we came back to the room and everything was restocked and cleaned.
