I had a fantastic stay on Christmas Eve and even had a Christmas buffet on Christmas day there which was varied and included everything I could have wanted! Easy if you don't speak Chinese within the hotel, good luck if you leave!

It's a great hotel. Big rooms, comfortable, with lots of things to do - two swimming pools, Karaoke, snooker, table tennis, bar, restaurants on site, and close to night life in the town.

for this hotel almost all was good, but the ( A/C ) heating system was operating on ( CHINESE STANDARD ) it was a cold room until i call the room service and they did some technical manipulation of the A/C system so that the room Temp. increased from 20 to 22!!??, otherwise everything else was excellent, the hotel cost almost match the service we got. breakfast was good in quality and diversity satisfying every kind of taste, western, Indian and Chinese, breakfast time until 10.30 was comfortable for my late sleep/getting up time, location is good for my business, service is nice and kind, fast check in/check out, all in all excellent except the A/C which was eventually fixed also.

I Lways enjoy staying at the Sheraton Guangzhou because the mall is adjacent and I always can grab a quick noodle dish for fast eating. Also the name is well known, except it does share the Chinese name with the Hilton, so always have the address handy - in Chinese for best results. Also, the hotel is really close to the east rail station, which is easy to maneuver than the main guangzhou station.
