I stayed there while in business trip and had a great experience. The service is great, I reached in the morning, 8am and I could take my room (it's not always the case, just because it was ready). Personnel speaks English, comfort of the room is GOOD! I had a room on 1st floor with a little patio with a table and 2 chairs so I could enjoy the beautiful weather - I got lucky I guess but at night you can hear the kitchen personnel having a drink at the end of their service, I just called the front desk and 10 sec after I didn't hear a noise! They have a nice pool with long chair and seem to have a nice spa as well. Breakfast was pretty decent! You have one of the biggest shopping center very close by, 5 min away walking distance, the neighborhood is safe, I was walking at night by myself, no issue nor feeling of not being safe. I highly recommend this hotel! Would stay there again!

A small apartment but it had everything I needed for a stay and if I wanted to cook I had all that I needed. The suites are chic, fun and comfortable. Located near the metro stop Bellas Artes it is in a nice and central location near a few bars, grocery stores and other shops. I would be happy to stay here again.

This was my second stay at Hotel Loreto. I cannot complement the staff enough on their level of service and the degree of English that they spoke. The hotel has a great location, and a great area on the roof on which you can bring your own wine and enjoy the quiet surroundings. The late check out, luggage storage, and ability to shower was a nice plus. I highly recommend the hotel.

It was very difficult to find the reception area which is on the 15th floor. They should put a welcome sign in the lobby directing people where to go. The kitchen area was just ok, since it only contained one small pot to cook our meals and 2 of each untensil. A huge plus is that it's in a great location.

I was lucky enough to get a room on the 25th floor with a very small balcony. The view by itself was amazing and the quality and layout of the apartment was very nice. It was clean and had everything I needed to stay there, cook there and relax there. The pool was just two floors above and had plenty of room to sit out and get some sun. A good value for the money and a great view with a good location (near a few bars, some restaurants and two grocery stores just outside the building.) Also, this is between two metro stops (Bellas Artes and Plaza de Armas)

The hotel is a few blocks from tobalaba station, which is great to travel around and sight see. In terms of location, it's not the closest to city center. The hotel itself is pretty nice, the complimentary breakfast is great. The staff is all very friendly and helpful.
