"Airport Hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
Following a cruise, we decided to stay an extra day in Santiago. This hotel has free shuttle to and from the airport. However, it is in an industrial area, so there is little local to see. Through the hotel, we arranged a tour of Santiago. The cab driver was pleasant, accommodating, and knowledgeable, The price was fair as well. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and its free buffet breakfast, the staff, and our experience.

"We only had 24 hours in Santiago..."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 24, 2013
The Hotel Loreto was perfect. We only had 24 hours in Santiago (long layover), but wanted to get out and see the city. We arrived at midnight and the front desk staff was so welcoming...the bellhop even went out and got us four beers to drink in our room!! The hotel is modern, but classy, with big balconies in each room. The room was very quite; with the balcony door closed you could hear a pin drop, so we got great sleep. The location is perfect for anyone that wants to see some of the city. We walked to the museums, market, plaza de arms, and the Bellavista barrio area. I'd strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.
"Lovely place to stay in Bellavista"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 20, 2013
This is the kind of place I hope to find when travelling...it is in a good location (a residential part of Bellavista) but is interesting in & of itself. The rooms are lovely and decorated with art created by the owner, a mixed media artist, and other artists he knows. The art all around made it a fun experience. The staff, Alex and Vivian, were very helpful and personable. The rooms are not serviced every day - I actually prefer this, but (from the reviews) some travelers have complained about this. Just know this going in, and you'll be fine here.

"Holiday Inn Express"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 16, 2013
This is a jewel of a hotel right next door to an Intercontinental Hotel that costs double. The comp. breakfAst was great as was the facility itself which doubles as a convenient snack bar and even adult beverages the rest of the day until about 11PM. Great service and facility at a reasonable cost.
"Excellent!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 10, 2013

"Superb & excellent"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 10, 2013
This was our 3rd time in Santiago. The apart hotel is in convenience & safe location and the room is so nice, large and comfortable with all amenities. The best thing there is the owner of the place treated us as her own family. She is very nice and assisted in how to get around and saving money and let us use the room for shower after we have checked out since our flight was late night flight without any charge. We will definitely go back to stay there again. Highly recommend if you want the best stay in a great location in Santiago.
"Great ;Location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 8, 2013
Staff was helpful. Suite is in building much of which is used for leased apartments. If location near a number of tourist sites in Santiago is a high priority, we highly recommend. Reasonably priced. (Most hotels in this area were much more expensive.\or had poor reviews.) We would gladly stay there again.
"Just what I needed"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 4, 2013
Being 2 blocks from the subway and in a great neighborhood was key. I could get to almost all my meetings with out having to take a taxi. I am a native Spanish speaker so I can see how without that ability, it might be a little inconvenient as you need to be very self reliant. Not a hotel but very clean and comfortable for long term stays. Would 100% stay here again.
