It's a great hotel overall, but i would consider it just for leisure purposes and not for business. The reason is basically because the room I selected has no facilities for a business traveler. No desk, no place to sit and write, no specific lights for that and no room for clothes. There were no place for hanging a suit, shirt or nothing. Just a small place over the safety box that's not enough for male size clothes. So, practically i didn't get my stuff out of the case. Very uncomfortable. Other point to improve is variety of meals for room service and the breakfast service. The rest of the hotel service was great, taking into account that is a boutique hotel, so you will not find dozen of employees. It's really quiet, the ancient building is amazing, and you can sleep even better than home. Y strongly suggest the place for a personal trip, not for business.

Excellent experience -- great breakfasts included -- stayed an extra night at end of three nights on a tour. Many restaurants near the hotel. Only negative was ongoing construction in front of the hotel. Otherwise excellent hotel.

This is the kind of place I hope to find when travelling...it is in a good location (a residential part of Bellavista) but is interesting in & of itself. The rooms are lovely and decorated with art created by the owner, a mixed media artist, and other artists he knows. The art all around made it a fun experience. The staff, Alex and Vivian, were very helpful and personable. The rooms are not serviced every day - I actually prefer this, but (from the reviews) some travelers have complained about this. Just know this going in, and you'll be fine here.

Room was clean and attractive. Very close to bus station and subway station. Shopping mall was a couple of blocks away.

This is a typical Novotel. Modern, efficient and clean with a no-nonsense approach to lodging. It is, as they all are, not luxurious but comfortable and with a helpful and courteous staff. The hotel is ideal for a business traveler or vacationer who is not planning on spending a lot of time in a hotel. The provided breakfast was very ample and with a good variety although the hot dishes were not particularly hot. The internet connection was good and comes with the room. It would be hard to find a better deal for the money.
