  This hotel is in a great location, right in Geneva, which is a very walkable city. We walked all over town from here. The comfort of the room and the amenities are standard for European hotels, but I'll confess my bias for large American hotel beds and nice shower heads, neither of which this hotel has. Twin beds and a European shower. But the hotel is in good condition and the staff were friendly.

  Friendly and helpful staff--that all spoke English. Great service, nice bar with food. The restaurant looks very nice, but we did not eat there. Well-maintained hotel, comfortable rooms. Very reasonably priced for the area in Geneva. Location is walking distance to the lake. They also provide a transportation pass for the buses and train during your stay. It is about a 15 to 20 minute taxi ride to the airport--costs around 48 francs. The only drawback was the surrounding neighborhood--it is not the best. It was fine to walk through in the daytime with my husband, but I would not walk there alone at night. Overall a very nice place with great staff and service. I would stay there again.

  The room that I got from Hotels.com reservation was extremely small beware!! The door was so small that I need to enter sideways. Also although I asked for a taxi that accepts credit card from front desk, the one that came to pick me up did not have credit card machine, I have a big problem in airport.

  This hotel is very well located, offers spacious and comfortable rooms and the staff is very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

  This is a very nice hotel with great infra-structure specially if compared to the old hotels of Geneva. The problem is just the location. It is close to airport (about 10 minutes) but is not close to the lake. So every time you leave the hotel it costs 30CHF to go where the office buildings, the nice restaurants and nice shops are. So take this into consideration when comparing prices with hotels located in downtown Geneva.

  Affordable and competent 4 star hotel in a nice location. The Cafe Jules Verns has good Jazz and good food and is just 100 yards away. Tram line is two blocks and 10-15 minutes gets you to the central train station.

  Everything about the Hotel was nice! The bed was VERY HARD! Expensive but definitely worth coming "home" to a clean, polite, nice room!
