We stayed here for one night after skiing in Davos. It is obvious that the staff are all highly trained on excellent customer service. The spa was a great place to relax after skiing. The complementary buffet breakfast the next morning was excellent...not your typical buffet breakfast.

The hotel & guesthouse are directly on both a bus and train stop (but not in a noisy way, just in a convenient way!). The room was comfortable, though the shower was incredibly small (even for European standards). The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. It was a very enjoyable stay.

This hotel is quite charming in its public spaces with a lovely fireplace and comfortable sofas and chairs to enjoy the evening listening to live music. The outdoor "Beach" for snacks and drinks offers a terrific view. The rooms are spacious but not luxurious. Comfortable and adequate. No TV in rooms, but wi-fi. The big draw for us were the two excellent, well-groomed sledding runs from just steps outside the door. Breakfast buffet offered a good selection of hot and cold choices. Could have used more local info (or ANY info) in the room.

This is among the most hospitable and personal hotel among many where I've stayed around the world. Also a great location, convenient, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We were very happy with our studio apartment. The room was comfortable and out terrace had a great few of the mountains with great sun exposure.
