I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was nice and the bed/pillows very comfortable, and the breakfast (included) was outstanding. The hotel was located nearby everything.

Great location to walk to all of the tourist attractions. The front desk was only open until 10 pm and when we tried to check out had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to come because I think he went out for coffee. Overall, good experience. Small room but good for the price and the good location.

I thought this hotel was terrific - the best three star hotel we stayed in. The rooms were a good size. It was clean. It is just across the street from the Train Station and the Boat Dock and it is around the corner from one of the main streets -- lots of shopping, restaurants and very close to the Steingart Collection ( a must see Art Gallery). The breakfast, which is included, is terrific. The staff is very helpful.

Wonderful Hotel except for the food. Food was overpriced and substandard quailty. Better off buying some great Swiss Cheese and wine and enjoying it by the lake.

The hotel was very comfortable, right next to a bus stop into town, very convenient. The view was gorgeous, mountains, lake and a quiet setting. Breakfast served at hotel, nice variety of good quality foods. Hotel across the street provides dinner, very high quality, again, good setting and service. Staff were very helpful. This would be a repeat visit.

The hotel was nice, but the actual rooms weren't all that great and for a couple the beds being pushed together with nothing keeping them together was awful. We often fell through the middle. The staff was really nice and the breakfast was simple but very good. This hotel is only about 10-12 min walk from the train station and right near all the action of Lucerne. Only thing besides the bed that was a little annoying was the internet connection was pretty non-existent unless you went in the hall down by the elevator.

The hotel was great! It is located in the heart of old town, very easy to walk to all of the attractions. It was a unique experience, the jail was in use until 1998. The hotel is located above a nigh club, but we emailed ahead of time and asked for a quiet room and they gave us a corner room which was very quiet. Only thing, I wish there was a lift in the hotel. It was hard carrying our luggage up 3 flights of stairs.
