  Great stay in Lausanne. Fine hotel, they made things easy, just simply a good stay and a fair price.

  Very centrally located in the heart of the city of Lausanne. Easy and quick access from the train station. A Few block from the Old Town Centre, The Lausanne Cathedral, Museum of Natural History etc. The front desk service very helpful and friendly. Nice amenity of free metro/buss card for entire day. Breakfast, ONE of the BEST I've had for a long time in any hotel. The only flaw that I want to point out was the worn carpet. But otherwise the room was clean. The space of the room was a typical what I expect of european hotels. Not large but enough for two people to feel comfortable. I FULL heartedly recommend this hotel and the location. I certainly will return to this hotel if my travels take me to Lausanne again.

  Hard to find an appropriate hotel in lausanne.. room was very small, the bed confortable. Its right next to the metro and you get a free pass to use the public tranportations system in the city. It's a typicall European hotel.. small, rather old and not really cheap thatfor..

  The hotel is located, calm, clean as expected. FYI, no air conditioning system but it wasn't a problem as even with the windows open it was calm. We were nicely welcomed.

  This hotel was as advertised in the three travel books I consulted prior to booking as well as the information on Hotels.com. The location was one block from the train station making it a 15-20 minute walk to the lakeside via the perdestrian walkway along the metro route. The surrounding area is full of good restaurants, bars, and other shopping facilities. As one of the revieweres noted, it is not intuitive to drive to it by car, but with a GPS we were able to get there without problem. Parking was available as stated. The room was clean, comfortable, and in very good condition, and the bed was excellent, with down pillows and comforter. Breakfast was notable as well. This is a great location and hotel if you want to be in the old town and be in walking distance to the lake. If 15 minutes is too far to walk, you can take the metro which is just a few steps outside and down the hill from the hotel.
