  Hotel staff was very friendly, the only problem was the heating sysem was way too loud, great location, great hot breakfast and good price.

  Grat night stay at Four Points. We utilized the pool and hot tub and spent the majority of the time at the casino which was great as it was next door and we never had to bring our jackets and the walkway was very convenient. The buffet at the casino wasn't very good (our only regret) and we went next door to Hilton for breakfast. $15 for breakfast buffet with fresh made omletes. Where at IHOP which is attached is $20 just for one omlette. Overal a great experience and we will be back next month!

  Convenient location and friendly service will ensure our return to this hotel on future visits to Niagara. The room was comfortable and best of all affordable, giving us te opportunity to do so many other things and see so many attractions because all of our money wasn't tied up in hotel fees. We spent 5 nights with our kids and we had a blast. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful at every encounter. Cosmetically, the hotel Could use an upgrade or two, but I would sacrifice the decor for the price any day. Way to go Imperial, you'll definitely see us again! Oh, and as for the breakfast being included, what a bonus!!

  We love to stay in Sheraton hotels because we are usually very pleased. This time as well. Service was great and reps are pleasent. Unfortunately we could not have a bath because of the dried soap left in the soap holder and some pieces stuck to the tub. :( but a side from that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

  We celebrated my spouses birthday with two friends of ours. The room we stayed in as a couple was attached to the room that the other members of our party stayed in. It was very convenient for our group. The location of the hotel was within walking distance from clifton hill where most of the attractions are located. HoJo made our weekend a great weekend.

  We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It's location is great because it's close to a lot of the attractions. The Americana Falls is nearer to this hotel and the Horseshoe Falls is a 10 to 15-minute walk. I've stayed in nicer hotels but the location and the price make up for the amenities that may be present in more modern hotels.

  Had a wonderful stay . Enjoyed the amenitys and the veiw of the falls from our room was second to none !! We will be back again .

  The hotel was in a convenient location. The room, although a little small, was cozy and comfortable. The view we got was amazing even though it was a city view. The hotel staff was friendly and I would definitely stay there again.
