Enjoyed our stay at Days Inn and it was cheap and close to Dragonfly nightclub and the new casino which is where we planned to go. One complaint about noise we had and we were given a warning by the front desk stating if we were this loud after 11pm we would get kicked out. We later realized the noise she accused us of making was other guests down the hall from us, however we never had any other issues of complaints afterwards.

Our stay was very pleasant. Brian the front desk person was very helpful and pleasant. He upgraded our room which had a microwave and a refrigerator especially since we had our little ones which made it more economical if you know what I mean. The only thing that I think the hotel needs to add on is that they need to put more information e.g pamphlets brochures in the rooms or have a concierge so it can inform guests on the attraction sites that they can visit in Niagara. Apart from that we loved it! Thanks Brian for your excellent service!

We had a great time and it was the right price. Since we basically use hotels as just a place to sleep, we are not overly concerned with the amenities. Just clean towels every day and a place to sleep. We had only one issue with not having clean towels, but it was resolved in a matter of minutes. The hotel was convenient to the Falls area and easy access. I would definately stay here again.

The staff at the Crown Plaza restored my faith in people. I had a wonderful 3 day stay at the Crown Plaza, when I left, I forgot something very valuable behind. My purse!!!!!!. I checked every where that we stopped to shop & eat. Then resigned myself to neverseeing it again. Ww crossed the border back to the USA, even with my lack of documents. After returning to work, I received a call from the manager telling me that my purse was given to him by the housekeeping manager. Fortunately for me, I had a business cardin it. MYPURSE, CASH, DOCUMENTS, WERE RETURNED TO ME INTACT. I would highly recommend the hotel to everyone, not only for the service but more for the integrity of the staff at the Crown Plaza.

I know it was New Years Eve, but we didn't not get even an hour sleep, people surrounding us were very loud and noisy all night right up to 7am the next morning. There is a time when people should respect other people, especially after 11pm.. I don't have a complaint about anything else, but the noise.. Thank you
