"Great location and large suits."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
The hotel was reasonably priced and a two minute walk from the falls! The rooms were nice (King sized beds!) but watch out for extra charges...they will charge you a hefty rate at the end of your stay for just one nights parking.
"great but upset about the parking fee"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
i was reading reviews about how parking was free and all, but at the end of your stay they charge your card... Beyond that the stay was fantastic, a block or two from Clifton Hill and all of the tourist-y areas.

water park was great for my kids ages 3 & 6, but there were a lot of older children and teenagers, so they got bumped around a bit. I made a spa appointment before I left home, the morning of they called to delay me by 15 min no big deal, however when I arrived they had informed me they had me booked in for 11 now not 10:45 (original time was 10:30) When they finally came for me it was after 11:30 so by the time my service was done it was 1pm. I missed out on a morning at the water park with my family and no one at the desk apologized for the delay or mix up and seemed very disorganized. My spa appointment with Sarah was excellent, but I wish they would have told me when I would be going in so I didn't have to leave the family for so long.

"Great service for the price"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 13, 2012
The top 3 things I looked at when booking this hotel was the location, price and cleanness. Did not eat there, but everything else overall was good. The carpets could have been cleaner, but the bed sheets and towels and bathroom were clean. Really close to the (new) casino, walking distance to the falls, Clifton Hill and pretty much any attraction area.

"Quaint Hotel close to Niagra Falls"Reviewed by Julia P of "Austin TX" on Mar 22, 2012
The motel was old and needs a few repairs, but the rate was great (cheap) for what I got -- full breakfast, helpful staff, just what I needed on my business trip. I asked if there was a hair dryer in room, said there was, but there was not so I probably could have asked for one. It was quiet, and I could walk to several restaurants. The bed was nice. This cannot be beat for the low rate!! I would stay there again.
"Customer Service & honesty unparalled"Reviewed by Kim S of "Rochester, New York" on Mar 22, 2012
The staff at the Crown Plaza restored my faith in people. I had a wonderful 3 day stay at the Crown Plaza, when I left, I forgot something very valuable behind. My purse!!!!!!. I checked every where that we stopped to shop & eat. Then resigned myself to neverseeing it again. Ww crossed the border back to the USA, even with my lack of documents. After returning to work, I received a call from the manager telling me that my purse was given to him by the housekeeping manager. Fortunately for me, I had a business cardin it. MYPURSE, CASH, DOCUMENTS, WERE RETURNED TO ME INTACT. I would highly recommend the hotel to everyone, not only for the service but more for the integrity of the staff at the Crown Plaza.

"big room, great price"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 18, 2011
Rodeway inn is a great choice for budget travellers that don't want to skimp on quality. The room was huge and had an extra sink/mirror outside the bathroom which I love (I can blowdry my hair while my boyfriend is in the shower). The TV was busted which didn't bother me me but definitely ticked my boyfriend as he was hoping to watch the hockey game. The restaurant, Tatties, is a quick place for a cheap, hearty breakfast. If you are looking for a romantic hotel overlooking the falls, go elsewhere, but if you are looking for a clean, friendly inn that's close to the strip and affordable, check out the rodeway inn.
