  Hotel lobby was nice and welcoming but the hotel corridors and elevator were very dark and depressing. Room was clean and tidy but one major downfall about the room was that the electric fireplace was not working!! We turned it on for 1 minute and then it started making loud grinding noises thus we could not sue the electric fireplace and and had to stick to the central heating unit which was very slow at heating up the room. The first night in the room had to be spent under the warmth of the sheets.

  Outstanding Falls view.....nice public sitting area on 14th floor. Great location with many dining choices within walking distances.

  We stay on the 30 Floor overlooking both the American & Canadain Falls views while they area was encountering a 12" snow fall... Everything was great for a special trip for us on this extended weekend trip... It was a fantastic stay and we were advised that the hotel was undergoing renovation from the top down and that we were the one of the 1st guests in the room after renovation... THANKS FOR A GREAT STAY...

  It is close to Niagara Falls with free parking. Can't beat the location and price. The room is clean and pretty. Worth the money I paid for.
