Winnipeg Hotels

I booked two hotels room for one night. check-in was fast since we were the only people waiting. When my husband and i checked into our room about 5 minutes later we heard someone trying to open our door. I opened the door thinking it was someone from the hotel but it actually was another couple that was given the same room! they had a key and it had the same room number. I asked them if they could go check with front desk about the matter. I assume the mistake was corrected because it didnt happen again. The room was nice although not as big as I expected. the bathroom was very nice and clean. Room service was extremely fast. Nice hotel overall.

If you have the chance to stay here the hotel overall was very nice...3 pools was also really nice as it was a hot summer week when we were there . The only draw back on this hotel is DO NOT STAY POOLSIDE MAIN FLOOR....the kitchen is right by the rooms and the staff start dragging carts just after 6am on the tile floors.

This hotel was obviously recently refurbished with clean, modern, efficient fixtures. The kitchenettes were wonderful with granite tops, lots of coffee and complimentary bottled water. The large screen TV's and fast internet were appreciated, as was the comfortable leather couch. The elevators require a room key insert to go up, annoying but secure. One could meet a lot of colourful characters between the hotel and downtown Winnipeg.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms did seem a little run down (there was a door knob tied up with string in ours) , and didn't have very many outlets, but it was always clean. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and breakfast. The breakfast was certainly more than I expected...good job! The only negative thing I can think of is the fact that downtown parking was not mentioned, I thought maybe we could get a discount because of our stay at the hotel...but that didn't happen.

Check in was extremely fast and efficient. Our room had windows with good thick drapes, not flimsy airy material. The bathroom was completely stocked with Eco-friendly everything! It had shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, body wash, body lotion, makeup remover wipes and a shoe polisher - so I was really pleasantly surprised at all the goodies. The bed was really comfortable and warm. All in all, the room was better than I had expected. It was big and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The hotel is very close to the airport, and also close to the main routes to get to the heart of the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone whether you need just a one night stay or a longer stay.

The staff and service were outstanding. The lobby area was beautiful. Valet parking a plus but was a little pricey. The room was a bit run down (dirty walls, dirty carpet, dirty windows). We were in an upgraded room because the door lock was broken when we first checked in. The bed was just OK, bedding was nice other than that not sure what the uprades were. For a downtown hotel, priced too high. Again we received some of the best service I have ever experienced, but the room needed improvement.

This hotel was easy to find as i had never been to winnipeg before. it was close to everything we needed downtown. with a full house they were clean and organized. the pool was under maitanence while we were there.

this hotel was perfect for my family. Due to frequent visits to Childrens Hospital, Straight E. on Sargent and your almost there. We really enjoyed the Junior Suit, excellent food options, very clean room!

No problems at all. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Nice stay, beds and pillows were awesome!

MY FAMILY & I RECENTLY STAYED FOR 3 NITES. THE HOTEL ROOM WAS PERFECT FOR WHAT WE NEEDED TO ACCOMIDATE OUR SMALL DOG. OUR ONLY CONCERN WAS THE CONDITION OF THE POOL. VERY DIRTY AFTER DAY 1, I FELT LIKE GOING TO BUY A PRESURE WASHER FOR THEM. GREEN SLIM DOWN ALL SLIDES, AND THE FLOORS LOOK LIKE THEY HAVEN'T BEEN CLEANED IN A VERY LONG TIME.
