Being in the Sales and Services Industry, we are always looking for that 'wow' factor. I absolutely got that at your hotel ! Right from having our baggage in the hotel before we could blink to picking us up at the airport to take us back to the hotel to our vehicle which we left there for the week. Your staff go above and beyond with their friendliness and do not expect gratuities but act pleasantly surprised when given one. I will definitely recommend your hotel to friends and will stay there again. Even when we came back one week later, the gentleman behind the check-in counter remembered who we were and asked about our trip.
