"Banff Ptarmigan Inn"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 30, 2012
Great location. I never thought I would say this but the room was a tad warm, and this in January. But then we had an inside facing room. Good breakfast included in the rate! It was our second stay there and I would go back.

"Spruce Grove Inn in Banff Ab"Reviewed by Cindy of "Calgary" on Jan 24, 2012
The staff was great at Spruce Grove Inn. Very helpful and friendly. It's not the best for handicap people we were traveling with a handicap man and there are a lot of stairs, but overall it's a place we would come back too.

"alright"Reviewed by Rachel of "Calgary" on Jan 23, 2012
Overall the hotel was decent. We booked the loft suite, it was smaller than it looked in the picture but still pretty nice. Had no noise problems at all. The walk to downtown was a bit of a ways away but not too bad. Because the hallways are outdoor, you have to walk outside before you can get to the lobby/pool/hot tub so that can be pretty unpleasant depending on what time of the year you go.
