  It was beautiful and right on Banff Ave for convenience. The rooms were very clean and nice. The Jacuzzi hot tub was very relaxing. Great place to stay!

  This was the first time we had stayed at this hotel... and it won't be the last. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were very impressed.

  The breakfast was great. Fresh baked croissants. Most comfortable mattress i have ever slept on.

  Our first stay at Charltons was in 1962-Honeymoon! This stay was for our 50'th--2012! Much different hotel now, but still friendly and well operated.

  I thought the room was a good size,for just myself,and it had complimentary internet, a microwave,mini fridge,and a coffee maker.The bed was really comfortable,but they could have had bigger pillows,instead of the wafer thin ones that were there.I think for the price,you can,t beat it,especially the location,as it is within blocks of chillis,the keg,and a pizza place,and about 6blocks from city centre.

  Had I gone by previous reviews, I would not have signed up. But I took a chance and I am glad I did. So, let me state a few things that will bring me and my family back here - security (good secure parking underground), access to elevators for older people from parking or lobby, rooms conveniently located, continental breakfast is quite good (cereals, toast, eggs, coffee, fruits, etc.), very clean rooms (even if the coffee machines need replacement), nice relaxing atmosphere.
