  it was good- other hotels in the area have a better view of the mountain and or include breakfast or offer a kitchen in room for the same price.

  The room, view, fireplace were all nice. I did not understand that housekeeping was only every three days. The room included a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. No complaints other than housekeeping.

  The hotel was great and was perfect for our weekend of skiing. Located near the city center, it was a short walk to all of the shops and restaurants in Banff. The room was clean, though they forgot to give us hand towels. The second day the hand towels were there, so that was perfect. The only thing I would want to be different would to have a more "hearty" breakfast that wasn't bread based. I wish there were meats and eggs included. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in town for skiing or for the summer.

  this is an oldish hotel, but conveniently located on the bank of bow river. with walking distance to restaurants and downtown area. Good value compared with neighboring options. facilities are ok. just the check out time of 11am is a bit too early.

  The view from the room was nice and we found an affordable deal. While not overly luxurious we enjoyed our stay and I would happily stay here again. Clean, roomy and updated spa, free parking, good location, decent pizza at a reasonable price.
