We were there in the off season so there were no crowds. The hotel seemed designed to deal with that as well. The Grill served good food and the staff was friendly and efficient. the rooms are nice and well maintained. Considering the price and location its quite a bargain.
"Good deal for the money"

We stayed four nights in a studio apartment. When we first entered, I was apprehensive because the room looked dirty and old. Upon closer inspection, the bed was among the cleanest that I had encountered for our trip and the bathroom was also up to par. The positives: very clean, very comfy bed; clean bathroom; a lot of nice toiletries (2 sets); lots of space to move around; free parking; kitchen for making your own food; walking distance from downtown shopping. The negatives: exterior looks quite rundown and old; check-in is done in another building; floors in the room are carpeted (old and dirty looking); bathroom floors are rundown; bathroom towels thin and rundown; kitchen is old; cooking utensils are marred; no ac just a fan; no internet access in the room- you can get free wireless internet in the lobby in the check-in building; can hear the footsteps and noise from the room above very loud.
All in all, this hotel is good for travelers who don't intend to spend much time in their rooms, who want to cook their own food, and who don't need much comfort. Good for the price we paid since the area can be 'touristy' and expensive.
