"Awesome Place at a Great Price"

The Front Desk staff was amazing and extremely helpful. The ski storage just off the lobby was great. The "Deluxe Studio, Multiple Beds" was a little small for 4 people, but it worked since we were really only there for sleeping and getting dressed for skiing or walking around. (The description doesn't say anything about a Murphy Bed, so when you enter the room it is a little surprising to only see 1 bed.) It was great having a kitchen and the cleaning crew did a fantastic job. If we had left dishes out, they were cleaned and in the dishwasher when we returned from skiing. The location of the hotel was great and easy to get to. I would definitely stay here again. :0)
"Best Property for quiet"

We have stayed at the various "Whistler Premier" locations, and this room was the nicest. Spring 2013 we stayed at the Aspens, which features ski in/out. This hotel requires a shuttle ride since it is not in walking distance to the lifts. The shuttle bus loops all the Blackcomb Benchland resort properties to the ski lifts. The drivers are friendly and helpful and the service is free and frequent. Total travel time is only a few minutes. Every room we have had in Whistler for the past 5 years of stays has been essentially the same. Small but full kitchens and one bedroom with queen or two double beds. The difference comes down to quiet and cleanliness. Rooms closer to the village tend to be subject to noise from outside (especially when the bars close at 2:30am) Since each room is privately owned, the standards of clean and up to date vary. Our room was 410, and it was excellent. The pool was a little chilly for swimming, but the hot tub was a hit.
"Convenient & friendly"

The hotel is less than 100 meters from the base of Whistler Peak, much closer than it looks on the map. Pacific Coach drops you off at the front door. People were friendly and helpful, the room plenty big, clean, and well maintained. The hot tub is outside, but if you want an inside one, they have one in their other building across the street. The icing was that on the day I checked out, I left my suitcase with them when I went skiing, and they let me use their hot tub changing room to shower, change, and re-pack my stuff for the trip home.

The Delta is in an ideal location to shops, restaurants and ski lifts. Everything is an easy walk and the hotel provides a shuttle to the lifts for those that want it. The hotel staff is friendly, knowledegable and a pleasure to work with. The suites are perfect for familes or groups. We will stay at the Delta the next time we visit Whistler.
