"Awesome Place at a Great Price"

The Front Desk staff was amazing and extremely helpful. The ski storage just off the lobby was great. The "Deluxe Studio, Multiple Beds" was a little small for 4 people, but it worked since we were really only there for sleeping and getting dressed for skiing or walking around. (The description doesn't say anything about a Murphy Bed, so when you enter the room it is a little surprising to only see 1 bed.) It was great having a kitchen and the cleaning crew did a fantastic job. If we had left dishes out, they were cleaned and in the dishwasher when we returned from skiing. The location of the hotel was great and easy to get to. I would definitely stay here again. :0)
"Best Property for quiet"

We have stayed at the various "Whistler Premier" locations, and this room was the nicest. Spring 2013 we stayed at the Aspens, which features ski in/out. This hotel requires a shuttle ride since it is not in walking distance to the lifts. The shuttle bus loops all the Blackcomb Benchland resort properties to the ski lifts. The drivers are friendly and helpful and the service is free and frequent. Total travel time is only a few minutes. Every room we have had in Whistler for the past 5 years of stays has been essentially the same. Small but full kitchens and one bedroom with queen or two double beds. The difference comes down to quiet and cleanliness. Rooms closer to the village tend to be subject to noise from outside (especially when the bars close at 2:30am) Since each room is privately owned, the standards of clean and up to date vary. Our room was 410, and it was excellent. The pool was a little chilly for swimming, but the hot tub was a hit.
"Convenient & friendly"

The hotel is less than 100 meters from the base of Whistler Peak, much closer than it looks on the map. Pacific Coach drops you off at the front door. People were friendly and helpful, the room plenty big, clean, and well maintained. The hot tub is outside, but if you want an inside one, they have one in their other building across the street. The icing was that on the day I checked out, I left my suitcase with them when I went skiing, and they let me use their hot tub changing room to shower, change, and re-pack my stuff for the trip home.
"Great spot in Whistler Village"

Nothing fancy, but a great location and a nice enough room. Worked great for us. Note: No late check-in, but I called the ResortQuest number and they handled it very nicely, sending a security guard to the building to check us in.
"Good place to stay to ski"

We had good space for 3 adults, and the free 10-min shuttle to the lifts ran frequently and nicely stopped right in front of the building. The outdoor sauna was nice too. The main downside is that there is only someone at the front desk from 9 am - 5 pm, so any needs that arise outside of that time frame (like the ski locker door not unlocking) were a hassle to get taken care of.
"Whistler ski trip"

We stayed here for three days in December 2013. As other reviewers have suggested, it took a while for us to find their rental office, which is not far from Glacier Reach.
We had a one bedroom apartment. The room is spacious and clean, well equipped. Also room service is only provided for staying four nights or more, we did not feel it was needed. We had open Wifi in the room and we also got onto a couple other open ones from the neighbor.
The lodge is conveniently located across the street from the marketplace, where you can take Bus no. 4 to Whistler Village (The bus runs every 10 minutes).
Overall, we enjoyed staying at the Glacial Ridge and would come back again my future.
