This is one of the few REAL ski-in/ski out in Whistler/Blackcomb area. So REAL - that - except by the car - the best way to each the hotel is on ski. OR you need to walk on the mountain. There is a free bus that going to Whistler and it take less then 10 minutes. From another point - the place is very-very quiet, especially compare to Whistler village, full of night bars. My one bedroom room was simple, but nice and comfortable. Breakfast has many choices. The only issue with this hotel is service. "First trip to Whistler"

Location is good, though a good 10-15 minute walk to the slopes with equipment on. The hot tub was great and fit me and my husband comfortably; my husband being 6ft tall. The room is very clean and the customer service was excellent. The negative was the wi-fi being spotty. It was frustrating everyday that we could not connect throughout the day/evening.
"NEW YEAR'S IN WHISTLER"

There was a mixup with my reservation upon check-in, they wanted to put me in a room with two double beds, although I had booked a King. The staff said it was a mixup through Expedia, but they were able to get a King for only two nights and then I had to move my final night to a room with two double beds. Other than that, I thought the hotel was great! The wifi is a bit shaky, and doesn't work all the time. But overall, GREAT location.

My husband and I were really impressed with not only the level of service we received from everyone who worked at the hotel, but also how close the hotel is to everything. We were located right in the village and able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. Compared to other hotels in the area, this one is fairly priced. We were even offered a complimentary upgrade when we checked in! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Whistler, and I will book here again when we return!
