  Room was comfortable and in good shape. Shower worked well. Coffee and Tea in room was a nicefeature. Front desk was friendly. Pool was cool, hot tub was just right. On site restaurant provided a good Sunday Morning Buffet.

  The Chateau Laurier is just outside the wall of Old Quebec. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel and the main celebration was right out front! The concierge is very helpful for making dinner reservations, directions, suggestions of what to see or do. There is a shuttle that stops nearby if the walking gets to be too much.

  The Hilton in Quebec City is located in a great location--close to the old city walls and on a direct bus line to other places of interest. Great location for walking. Rooms are standard but clean and beds are comfortable. All staff that I came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. I'd stay at this hotel again.

  We chose this hotel because we were able to get a room that had a separate sleeping area so that we could have our children sleep in one room and us in another. It suited this purpose perfectly. We put the children to bed in the bedroom and when we were ready to go to sleep we moved them to the pull out couch. The pull out couch was typically uncomfortable and was fine for young children but wouldn't be for young adults or adults. The hotel wasn't fancy but it was very clean, the room was convenient and the service was great. The continental breakfast was good (bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, hard boiled eggs, fruit) and the attendent was very friendly and helpful.
