"Old hotel with patched up renovations."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 7, 2012
Good hotel, friendly staff. Its a solid 3star establishment. Nothing that will impress you, yet nothing that will shock you. Good for business trips. Free parking on site and proximity to highways are convenient.
"Great Little Place"Reviewed by Jeff A of "New York" on Apr 2, 2012
Friendly staff and a great location as well as a very fair price make this an excellent place to stay in Quebec. The room was small but very clean and the neighborhood was great for restaurants and shops. The morning breakfast was delicious and I would highly recommend Chateau des Tourelles.

"great stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 7, 2012
we had a great stay. The hotel is located in the heart of the old city. You could easily walk around and was very easy to find even with all the one ways.

we checked in with a couple of very efficient and polite ladies at the front desk. They answered all of our questions. We found the room to be more than we thought, maybe because of the low rate compared to some of the others we had checked out. Overall, we more than satisfied, although my husband commented that there was no coffee machine in the room. Too bad for him, because there was a fantastic MacDonalds directly across the street.
"Good for business trips near Laval Hospital"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 1, 2011
Excellent room comfort with free wifi. I upgraded from a distinctive room to a cocooning suite which for me was much more welcoming than the trendy Terzo rooms. Colleagues seem to love the Terzo rooms with the fancy shower, but they are not my style. Old Quebec is a 30 minute cab ride. Restaurant is fine for a drink and cheese plate, but we were very disappointed when we decided to eat there after a long day of work. High prices for small portions of average food.
