The shower soap dispenser was empty throughout our stay. Clearly housekeeping was not checking the levels. The TV stopped working the last day. We were brought a new remote, which did not work, and there was no followup. The front desk is exemplary - cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient - almost makes up for the other shortcomings. Breakfast was grossly overpriced, especially for mediocre quality. The waitress claimed that the hash browns were shredded in-house, but they were mushy and tasteless, so I am betting they were frozen and came from a bag. The front desk offered us breakfast n/c for the trouble with the TV and soap, but we declined given that we had already experienced that. Overall, it's clean and safe and relatively convenient, so I'd stay there again, but I'd be proactively on the lookout for misses by housekeeping, and scope out places to eat nearby.

We booked the room while on vacation in Cuba. Went to hotel after landing at airport. They said they didnt have a room with a queen or king bed left (we landed at 11:30 pm), but they did upgrade us at no extra charge. They upgraded us to a luxury king suite. It was beautiful!!! We loved it there. The staff were great, and it was nice not to have to pay for parking in Toronto as well. Next vacation we go on, we will book there.

This is a new hotel, about 1 year old and good location, easy access to free ways, restaurants, businesses etc., Free breakfast was great and staff was very helpful, smiling, with very positive attitude. Will definitely prefer to stay here when we are around this area.
